Welcome to Bobbie P Gallery, the home of Australian landscape artist Robyn Pedley and Portrait/Landscape photographer Darren Pedley.
Located in the heart of Terrigal on the beautiful Central Coast NSW, we draw inspiration from the lifestyle and natural beauty of the coastal region and beyond, creating captivating, expressionistic landscapes, oceanscapes and photographic works full of life and colour.
Bobbie P Gallery is found just around the corner from beautiful Terrigal beach. The focus of the gallery is to present to the public new series and mixed exhibitions of our original works. We also exhibit a selection of fine art prints and other artisan works including glass, textiles, sculpture and ceramics by local artists. Bobbie P Gallery is a great place to visit, meet and engage directly with us as the artists.
Beyond the gallery sits our light-filled studio where the creative magic happens and we enjoy inviting clients through to view current works in progress and gain an insight into our artistic process. It is also where we present individual and small group painting, drawing and photographic workshops, where we allow participants a hands-on engagement with the various aspects of art and photography making. When Robyn is not painting in the studio, Darren takes over, quickly transforming it into a photographic studio where he creates portraits and headshots for commercial and private clients.
We live original art, and it is all created here in our Terrigal studio or on location using the highest grade, professional artist materials including premium stretched canvases, linen, fine art paper, board and artist mediums. Our canvas and linen works feature premium custom framed and stretched canvases, stretched in house to the highest standard ensuring quality and stability bringing many years of beautiful viewing and trouble free enjoyment.
The Artist
Robyn Pedley
Robyn’s work reveals a passion for expressive landscapes and the colour possibilities available through complex tones, creating one-off, premium artworks for the astute art lover or collector.
Her artistic practice of over 12 years maintains it’s freshness from regular field trips to regions of natural beauty to explore deserts, oceans, forests, mountains and of course the beautiful Central Coast NSW where she lives. Using the visual reference material gathered on location she translates her vision into artworks with the intention that ‘the story expressed will speak to people’s hearts and lift their spirit.’
For most of her adult life she has been inspired and surrounded by musicians, song-writers, producers and other creatives, leading her to believe that it is possible to follow your dreams and make a life of it, paving the way for a degree in Fine Art at the University of Newcastle and establishing Bobbie P Gallery with her husband Darren in 2013. As Co-Director, resident artist and workshop presenter she brings the creative process directly to clients and the viewing public.
With a steady stream of commissions, 11 solo exhibitions, art prizes and work held in corporate and private collections throughout Australia and overseas, her position is assured as a sought after and influential artist.

The Artist
Darren Pedley
Not your typical creative, Darren came from a finance background before stepping into Photography and Co-Director of Bobbie P Gallery. His real passion is presenting the essence of a client through strong, bold and creative portraits with his photographic work being sought by innovative professionals in music, the arts and the corporate world.
On Location
An important element of what we do at Bobbie P is taking regular field trips on location to be inspired (get creative) whether on the Coast or further afield to allow the landscape and beauty to direct and inform our work.
Informed by Landscape
There’s something exciting about colour – a new box of pencils, a bunch of flowers and the myriad of hues found in nature that engages the senses. Light, reflections and atmosphere – come and enjoy the feast of colour to be found at Bobbie P Gallery in our expressive interpretations of landscape.
Recently we revisited the beautiful Strickland State Forest here on the Central Coast NSW. It was a perfect Autums day for bushwalking, sketching and photography. Creative inspiration was in abundance and you just never know what may happen back in the studio. We so love our creative getaways!
